CINCINNATI (WKRC) — The University of Cincinnati is moving forward with plans to tear down Crosley Tower and the Clifton Court Garage after the Board of Trustees approved almost $50 million for the initiative.

The teardown is set to start in January 2026 and should finish by December of the same year.
The location will undergo a transformation into a new STEM center, with construction expected to begin in January 2027. The university plans to finish the building by June 2029.
