The best-of-three games series starts at 5 p.m. Friday in Mason, followed by Game 2 at approximately 7 p.m. If necessary, a third and decisive game will be at noon Saturday at the same neutral site.

The Lady Hawks (22-7) earned a co-championship with Jim Ned, but Wall won the seeding game to determine which team would get the No. 1 seed for the postseason.

Fourth-year head coach Allyson Seider said facing a team as strong as Jim Ned right before the playoffs was the best tune-up for her team.

Wall has won 10 of its last 12 games.

Last season, the Lady Hawks reached the second round of the playoffs.

Florence is 7-11. The Lady Buffaloes earned the fourth and final playoff spot in District 5-3A.
