When asked by an analyst about this issue, Peters emphasized that even though major hit shows grab considerable focus, they make up just 1% of overall viewership. This highlights the critical need to enhance how people find content. As reported previously by Bloomberg, Netflix is currently piloting advanced AI-driven search features among certain subscribers in Australia and New Zealand.
