WINONA LAKE, Ind. (WNDU) — Grace College is tackling a significant undertaking for the 2025 Baja SAE International Engineering Contest.
Grace’s squad will go up against about 80 other institutions to construct their own racing cart.
The vehicle will be evaluated based on its handling, ability to climb hills, capacity for pulling a sled, performance during shock tests, speed acceleration, and overall durability.
The group consisting of six members will face off against some of the most prominent engineering initiatives across the nation.
Next week, Grace’s car will head to Arizona for the opening competition.
